Inspection and Storage

1.Before performing any maintenance or inspection, all external power sources must be disconnected, and the work must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel.
2.To ensure the ATS maintains optimal performance, the initial maintenance and  inspection must be performed within six months after installation. Subsequent  maintenance and inspection shall be conducted at least annually thereafter. |n demanding installation conditions, the frequency of maintenance and inspection must be increased.

Normal working conditions

1.Operational ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C (24h average ≤ +35°C); storage temperature: -25°C to +55°C (transient peak ≤ +70°C within 24h).
2.Installation altitude ≤ 2,000 m.
3.Relative humidity ≤ 50% at +40°C; up to 90% at +20°C. Prevent condensation.
4.Pollution Degree 3.
5.ATS can be installed vertically or horizontally; consult manufacturer for non-standard mounting.
6.Enclosure rating: IP30.
7.Overvoltage category: main circuit Class III; control & auxiliary circuits Class II.

Performance and Characteristics

1.Utilizes an excitation-type electromagnetic drive mechanism for extremely fast transfer. Default control voltage: AC 220V
(customizable to AC 110V).
2.The switch housing features illuminated indicators for Normal Power Source, Alternate Power Source, and Load Circuit, ensuring clear visual confirmation of operational status.
3.In automatic mode, the switch provides auto-transfer with restoration functionality; when both Power Source I and Power Source II are available, Source I is prioritized for power supply.
4.Featuring a modular design with same-side terminal configuration for simplified wiring, the compact unit (<0.5kg total weight) enables effortless mounting and maintenance.
5.The integrated arc-extinguishing system splits arcs into multiple series segments within the arc chute, where electromagnetic forces elongate, cool, and extinguish them. Encased in fire-resistant housing (UL94 V-0 rated) with conformal-coated PCBs (IPC-CC-830B compliant), the unit ensures flame resistance and environmental durability in harsh conditions.
6.Integrated power sampling lines (eliminating external control wiring) enable automatic transfer functionality upon completion of main circuit connections.
