Fire Extinguishing Principle

1. The S-type hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent is a new-generation formula independently developed by the company. It features high fire extinguishing efficiency, environmental friendliness, non-toxicity and non-corrosiveness, and does not deplete the atmospheric ozone layer.
2. The S-type pyrotechnic aerosol fire extinguishing agent is a solid chemical mixture consisting of an oxidant, a reducing agent, a burning rate controller and a binder. When activated electrically (or thermally), it undergoes a redox reaction spontaneously to generate a large amount of aggregated fire extinguishing aerosol. The metal salt particles in the aerosol absorb a large amount of heat at high temperatures, thereby lowering the flame temperature and inhibiting the combustion reaction. Meanwhile, under thermal action, the gasified metal ions and cations in the fire extinguishing aerosol can undergo an affinity reaction with the active groups in the combustion process, consuming a large number of active groups repeatedly, reducing combustion free radicals and efficiently scavenging the combustion free radicals in the flame to achieve a chemical inhibition effect. Nitrogen (N2) and carbon monoxide (CO) in the fire extinguishing aerosol can reduce the oxygen concentration in the combustion zone. Through the synergistic effect of multiple fire extinguishing mechanisms including physical and chemical means, the fire is extinguished effectively. The aerosol formed by solid particles encapsulated in the fire extinguishing gas can remain suspended for a long time and spread to every corner of the protected space, realizing high-efficiency total flooding fire extinguishing.
